"After having much disappointment using a handful of Toronto, Mississauga and Thornhill nanny agencies, I bit the bullet and called Execu-Nannies. I was reluctant, as the thought of forking out thousands of dollars to yet another agency, only to have my hopes dashed again in the quest of finding a nanny, ANY nanny, who would last more than a day, was maddening.
I had a host of nannies in our home to care for our 3 children, and many of them only lasted an hour. The biggest problem was communication. Shorlty thereafter, I would see that I was not understood, but cordially "yessed" to please. It became a nanny mill in my home. They understood my needs and qualifications and were sending me their best candidates. Never happened. By the end of it all, I was coaching them.
So we paid our fee to Execu-Nannies feeling very confident that were were finally going to get what we paid for. And we did.
Sharon Taylor and her team listened, were thoughtful, conscientious and very careful about who they sent to us. But before any of that happened, I learned of the lengthy and detailed screening process they go through not just to find the right candidate for your the family, but that they interview their nannies several times and train them in basic nannying. They are given several questionnaires and then interviewed for consistency on a multitude of levels. Then, they are informed in a very detailed fashion about the family ensuring the fit is right. They scrutinzed their nanny choices for us very carefully before calling us with a few great candidates for us to meet.
After having gone through the pain and hardship of all kinds of nanny agencies, some big and some small, interviewing one nanny after the other, and a plethora of dissappoinments, it was money well spent. I was given peace of mind by everyone at Execu-Nannies. They actually heard me and understood me!
And it didn't end there. They check in with us every once in a while to see how things are going. Thank You EVERYONE."
